VICTORY MULTISPORT TERMS OF USE
Introduction
Athlete, or undersigned Parent/Guardian, agrees to the payment terms for VM programs, subscriptions, and training packages. Recurring payment dates (typically scheduled on the 1st or 15th of each calendar month) constitute payment for services rendered during that month. Full monthly payment is due for any portion of a month in which VM provides services, including but not limited to training plans, coaching consultation, or race support.
All subscription fees, initiation fees, and reinstatement fees are non-refundable.
Athlete may pause a subscription for up to two (2) consecutive months within any twelve (12) month period. Any pause exceeding two (2) months shall result in the termination of the active subscription status. To reactivate the subscription, retain the Athlete's roster position, coaching assignment, and restore access to VM community, platforms and systems, Athlete must pay a $75.00 reinstatement fee.
In lieu of pausing, Athlete may elect to transfer their subscription to the Ambassador Level at a rate of $20.00 per month. Reassignment to the Ambassador Level indefinitely suspends 1:1 coaching plans and direct coaching advice while preserving access to VM community, platforms, systems, athletic and social events, and promotional offerings.
To cancel any recurring subscription, Athlete must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' prior written notice sent via email to info@victory-multisport.com. VM reserves the right to engage third-party collection agencies and pursue all legal remedies to recover any delinquent or unpaid fees.
